Apartment located on the second floor of the building, has air conditioning, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (105cm), living area with double sofa bed (140cm) and flat screen satellite TV, has a large balcony and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer. It has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and soap dispensers. It has clothesline, iron and ironing board.

The welcome pack includes a bottle of water in the fridge, coffee and tea packets, dish soap dispenser and two loads of washing machine soap. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Establishment subject to tourist tax established by the Balearic government for tourists over 17 years old. May-Oct 2.20€ pax/day. Nov-Apr 0.55€ pax/day. Not included in the price.
